i got mine online the padlock and key style the other ones are too easy to get open i think
the reason why they are good is securty have skeleton keys to open them and relock...i alway lock my cases as some ins co's are a bit tetchy on payouts if they arent

Boots sell TSA locks. You'll find them in quite a few places on travel stands along with luggage straps/belt purses etc.
