Better late than never - DCL 2005 Western Caribbean
While I was rummaging around on my computer today, I ran across a video project that I did of our 2005 DCL Western Caribbean cruise.
I had taken my pictures from the cruise, added a little music and created a dvd project that my wife and I watch whenever we want to go back there again.
Well, I decided that maybe I would share with you. So... I redid it for the web. It's still a little large (about 26 MB) but if you want to see it and you've got a broadband connection, you can find it here on this page:
Tom and Carol's 2005 Western Caribbean Cruise
Ohhhh... by the way, you'll need Quicktime to view the video.
Hope you enjoy it!
Tom (who wishes he were back there right now!)

Tom, I'm starting to think you and Terry are on commission from DCL!
The video was brilliant. I'm really going to have to book a cruise!

Darn it Tom, our secret is out!
I reckon that we had better take the commission and run eh?
I meant to reply to this thread earlier, but I got side tracked.
Sadly my pc won`t allow me to play the video but I`m sure from what Keith said that it`s great.
After all a guy with a Nikon must be ok with this sort of thing!

Re: Better late than never - DCL 2005 Western Caribbean
Keith,
I'm glad you enjoyed it! I had a lot of fun making it. Just iPhoto, iMovieHD and iDVD. For a basic series of applications these are spectacular. Oh yeah, forgot iTunes also.
And yes, you DO need to book a cruise! :
:
Did you get the checks yet? I haven't seen mine and I'm going to have to take it up with Disney. I know the economy is rough but after all, we're a couple of splendid fellows who undoubtedly deserve everything they're giving us!
Terry, go to this link:
Qucktime
and download the Quicktime installer (put it on your desktop). After it downloads, double click on the installer package. It will run the Quicktime installer and after it's done, you should be able to view the video (and any other Quicktime videos on the web). If you have any problems, PM me and I'll walk you through it.
Tom (who's waiting on his check and his Oscar)
