ive gone with alamo and dollar twice each no problems with either

I prefer National and Alamo. They are essentially the same agency. You pick your car out of the lot based on what type of car you rented (intermediate, full size, etc). I have their membership cards and just go straight to the booth in the parking garage.

I've rented with Dollar. Didn't particularly care for them. They were just rude but that's been years ago.

I will NOT rent with Budget again. I had a flat tire out by the Mall of Millenia and had to wait forever to get another car. I also had a problem with Budget here in Richmond.

Hertz finally fixed my problems so I won't say anything bad about them now

We booked our car via VA on our last trip and we collected it from a separate area used by VH, making the collection of the car a breeze with no lines at all.
The staff at Dollar were very courteous...even to the point of changing the car when they brought it to me, as they had discovered a minor fault with the one I had been assigned as they were driving it to where I was asked to wait.

I also got the car I wanted [Dodge Charger]. :thumbs_up:

I book through USRentacar, using either Dollar or Alamo - I do prefer Dollar though. They normally have good rates and have specials like free upgrades from time to time.

i have used Dollar, National, Alamo and this visit we used Budget havent had any problems with any of them although Dollar we seemed to get better class cars with
