cranberry muffins
or similar! i have a sponge recipe to which i add whatever i fancy at the time and bake them in muffin cases.....i fancied making cranberry ones for Christmas Day but would i just put the cranberries in as they are, or do i need to part cook them first?

can I just say I will for the next week be using the phrase 'Cranberry Muffins' everytime I am a bit peeved - it will be my swear substitute of the week.

but why are CRANBERRY MUFFINS funny?
hmm, so i should just chuck 'em in.....and with some mince too. i'd have to use veggie mince so i could eat them - would that matter?
