No DME tags yet :(

We were supposed to get our luggage tags ages ago and have phoned them loads of times. They keep saying they'll be sent but what happens if they dont come in time, can we still use DME or not?

The very worst that could happen if the tags don't come is that you will have to collect your luggage yourself and take it down to DME with you. As long as you are in the computer system then you WILL be able to take the bus to your resort with no problem. Just make sure to check in at the DME desk when you get downstairs and they will direct you from there

The upside of taking your luggage with you on the DME bus is that you won't have to wait for them to be delivered. If you room isn't ready you can just leave the cases with luggage services at the hotel and they will take them to your room for you ::
