I read about it but where is it and whats the food like, is it worth using dining plan for?

It's in DHS and it's soooooo worth it. But be ready for the environment, you are likely to become a long lost family member. It's kinda like a show.

My understanding is, Keith that if you don't interact, you won't be picked on. Now, having said that you still won't ever catch me in there as I simply don't trust the situation. I'd never be able to enjoy my meal as I'd constantly be worried that someone was going to come along and try to force feed me green beans, or tell me to stand in the corner or something. Way too scary for me!

yep, doesn't sound like something I'd enjoy either. Sounds like fun if you like that kinda thing though I guess it's like the whispering canyon at the wilderness lodge

You all know I love 50s Prime Time. We're not a "getting picked on" family either but we had a great time with Uncle Tim last time we were there. The food is pretty good too - especially if you like plain, non-faffy food as Adrian would call it.

See I love it in there and I hate audience participation - nothing they do is too bad and they tend to pick on DH as he is a much better target than me anyway

The kids are always on their best behaviour as well

50's Prime Time has long been one of our MUST do restaurants. We love the food. I especially like their fried chicken. We have never, as a couple, really felt "picked on" although one time when were there with the grandkids Donna tried to hide her veggies under a lettuce leaf and got caught. But she did it on purpose.

We absolutely love it. It's always on our must-do list. Just be sure to eat your vegetables and keep your elbows off the table. Violate these rules and they may make you go stand in the corner!

Yep. LOADS of folks like the place and that is a wonderful thing. I'm happy that there is a place at WDW that is seen as much fun by so many.

I'm just a serious wimp when it comes to that sort of stuff.
