      Wds Question Icon virgin downtown disney check in

      ok, someone tell me about this virgin downtown disney checkin service I've never used it before

      I usually just do online checkin the day before but this time we'll be at Mickeys christmas party so I was thinking, ok, just wait till the day and go to downtown disney with the cases and do the checkin.

      Anything Im missing or need to know? how long is it open for and why does everyone seem to get there really early :/ is it just to have more day free or is it crazy busy later?

      We have done it... It's by Circue De Soleil and you ALL have to be present to check your bags in. It's just like normal check in at the airport procedure. I think people get there early because they not open long? Think but don't quote me on it that they shut shop around noon??????? Hopefully someone else will know more.

      Keith, I`ve never used this service myself but I think that PE passengers have a separate line instead of facing a huge queue.

      You do your airport check in there and get your boarding passes. All you need to do at the airport is allow time to get through security and get to your gate.

      Definitely a different line for PE - I remember looking at it longingly

      Before we have got there early and faced a massive queue waiting for it to open - last time we went there from Port Canaveral after the cruise so we were later (probably around 9.30 - 10am) and there was hardly any queue.
