Actually my DW bought me a telescope a few years ago as a Christmas present, although it`s nowhere near as good as the one you have for sale Chris.
I, like many others, have a very keen interest in what is going on "up there", and I suppose the next step would be to be able to look deeper into space and to take some photos.
I don`t have a laptop [despite Keith`s nagging for several years!
] so if I understand your comment Chris, then I could mount my DSLR camera onto the scope and that`s about it???

I've been looking at this kit myself and it's the bits and bobs that really add up so it's a heck of a deal IMHO
