What is aquatica?

I dont remember seeing it last time we were there, is it a show? and is it any good ?

Aquatica is a water park. Along with pools and slides etc, you can also see Commerson dolphins there as you are sliding through one of the watershoots into a pool.

A new-ish water park at the Southern end of I Drive owned by the same group as Seaworld. It's a nice relaxing park with some good slides, lazy rivers, wave lagoons and a beach. There is lots of wildlife around the park and some meet and greets with the animals which live there.

There was plenty of teething problems reported last year but they should have all died down and a visit this year should be pleasant. We enjoyed our morning there, the steps to the slides seemed a lot higher than when we we're at Wet 'n' Wild but it was towards the end of our trip and we were alot more tired!

We went in December and had a really lovely day there, being out of season it was nice and quiet aswell! I havent ever been to a disney water park so i cant compare them to aquatica, but i have been to wet n wild and the rides at aquatica are a bit more tame than WnW.

There are commerse dolphins there, my bil went on the slide that goes through their pool and said you wouldnt see one if it was laying ontop of the slide cus of the speed you go through!

Theres a viewing area to see them though.

All in all its a nice park, nice and clean aswell which is important!
