Co-Captain of boat - HS to Epcot
My daughters asked if they could be co-captain of boat & sure enough they let them. Now I don't know if this was because the captain was on his final voyage but the girls had great fun on the microphone & having lots of laughs with the passengers & the captain & his deputy. They were on cloud 9!!
Bought tears to our eyes & it was a fantastic experience

see THAT is what makes Disney for me - not the sparkly lights , the fireworks, the rides or the characters, don't get me wrong they are all epic - but its the CMs who are the beating heart and soul of Disney and the single most important reason we return.

Re: Co-Captain of boat - HS to Epcot
That looks absolutly great!
Something like this happened to us from Port Orleans to Downtown, we were the only passengers on the boat, so the captain started singing Disney songs, asking us to join in so we did. So we were singing, and the captain asked my younger brother to go up front and steer! He managed to steer with a little help from around the river joining with the river to Key west, up to the start of downtown's lake. My brother loved it, and it's true, it is just these little events created by the cast members that leave the best memories of Disney!
