It's apparently Supernova Remnant E0102 and is January's pinup in the Views from Hubble Calendar

Yes the give away was the star spikes - you only get those on a reflector as they are an artefact of the thin supports for the secondary mirror - yours is clearly a refractor and as such would not have spikes - you nearly had me fooled
