It's at Ft Wilderness - you need to give youself plnty of time to get there.
If you drive you park at the entrnce to Ft Wilderness and then use the internal bus system to take you to Frontier Hall (where they show the Hoop de Doo) and then it's a little walk around the corner to the barbeque.
I'm pretty sure it's 90 days now for booking. I think there are a couple of months a year when it isn't on.

I have booked this now - & also managed to book 1900 Park Fayre for dinner on our last night so that we can see Wishes from the beach.
8 weeks today we go - yippee!!!!
