      I'm good at cameras....just whap it on the desk a few times and see if any spare parts fall out. If they do then that's why it doesn't work

      Step 1.) Throw OS in bin
      Step 2.) Locate your nearest apple store
      Step 3.) Buy a Mac
      Step 4.) Connect camera, pictures are popped up!
