Building to ask for a port orleans french quarter?

hi

Ive heard loads about which building to stay at in port orleans riverside but nothing about the French quarter? has anyone got any suggestions which place to ask for there?

The resort is quite small and compact so you are never going to be too far from everything, building choice is not such an issue as at the larger resorts. The main decision is whether you want to have a waterview room (extra cost) or not. Depending how many in your party you might like to request a king bed room, these are on the corner of a building and have windows on 2 sides, we thought the king room was much brighter and more spacious than the rooms with 2 double beds. POFQ is a lovely resort, I'm sure you'll love it.

We were in Building 5 last year which was very close to the pool and overlooked a beautiful 'park' or grassy courtyard area. We thought it was wonderful!
It was about 3 mins to the Food Court and just about 2 more to the bus stop. We did have to go out of the way to get the elevator (we were on the 2nd floor) because we had DS with his stroller but it was only about 1 minute of backtracking.
