      Virgin requiring full address and Zip for check-in

      For the UK people we were not allowed to check in without the full address of our hotel including the zip the ususal

      Wilderness lodge
      WDW
      Orlando
      Florida

      was rejected

      the rather helpful checkin lady said we should call directory enquiries

      luckily I had the wdw travel company phone number on me and had an interesting conversation with the lady there over the speaker announcements in Gatwick - if I were you if you are staying on property I would get the full address before you go.

      Also ESTA was not working at all when we arrived.

      Yep green forms were filled in.

      We did twilight check in as usual - but it did hold us up.

      If other people have this it might be worth making a sticky of hotels addresses

      You can't guess at them WL was something like 109 Timberline drive or something.

      Did that before as I have the last 5 years but for some reason this year they wanted all the details.

      What is odd is that immigration are more than happy with WDW as the address, that is what i put on the green forms and the ESTA application
