I do know that Taja. I don't mind driving in Orlando. It's very easy to get around. A taxi is also another good option.

If someone is going to take a taxi, quite often is it more cost effective to do so from DTD (not always, mind). Granted, that will depend upon where you are headed, but if it's the Dr.Phillips area, DTD is definitely the place to start (and end).

Going offsite for dining is complicated by not having a car, that is very true.

We found that getting a taxi from DTD really can save as much as $20 each way! I know it sounds amazing but every time we go from the resort, the meter always seems to be on about $20 by the time we go past the back of casting place.

One problem we've encountered more than once though is taxi drivers not wanting to put the meter on from DTD if the location is deemed too close. We had a heck of a job getting one to take us to that relatively close walmart because they were all saying "ok but it'll be $30" and wouldnt do it on the meter
