I've not watched it but my DS who is 13 has been told by his geography teacher to watch it. Would you say it is ok for a 13 year old to watch? Thanks.

I just didn't think anything with Billy Connolly in it was going to be suitable lol

LOL i know what you mean!

It's not like that at all......he travels to far out places meeting the people that live there and talks about the people who discovered the place.

The scenery and the way of life of the natives (i don't really like that word) are incredibly interesting and there's no foul language!

I'd say it's fine to watch

Re: Billy Connolly's Journey to the Edge of the World

It sounds as if he would love it to be honest, he loves programs like that.

Lol I’m kidding myself anyway if I think that Billy Connolly can corrupt him anymore than what he hears in the playground. I just thought it was a strange request, his teacher telling him to watch Billy Connolly. Heeheeheehee!

Thank you, I will sky plus it for next week.

Re: Billy Connolly's Journey to the Edge of the World

some of the programmes my son has been asked to watch - well i'm shocked, sometimes by the content and sometimes by the time of night they're on......don't they know he has to go to bed at night so he can get up for school the next day?!

      oops! sorry *Bambi-Belle*.......

i've heard the A word for your backside a fair few times tonight, and there was me telling you there's no language in it - well it's very tame i guess compared to his normal vocabulary!
