Re: Disney UK relaunch 2009 Free Dining
Mmmm good news for travellers.
Does this mean numbers are way down and they are desperate to get people back?

Re: Disney UK relaunch 2009 Free Dining
there is an air of caution over advance bed nights already confirmed I believe. And like every business they are looking at ways to stimulate their market.

Re: Disney UK relaunch 2009 Free Dining
WOOHOO Thanks Val

Does anyone know if we book two 7 night stays separately instead of one 14 night say like this
7 nights in a deluxe with the free dining plan and 14 day ultimate ticket (for price of 7)
7 nights in a value
Will the 14 day ultimates we get in the first stay be valid for the second 7 nights or do they get cancelled when we check out?

Re: Disney UK relaunch 2009 Free Dining
As long as your DLX Dining portion is first, then that could work yes. But not the value first then the package.
It would be a package, then a room only booking, 2 separate bookings, but the 14 day ticket would still be valid, not a problem
if you want assistance with it give me a shout.

Re: Disney UK relaunch 2009 Free Dining
I rang VH to amend my booking today to include the free dining and they were happy to do it (not like the problems many of us had last time with their inconsistent approach). I have got quite friendly with one of the staff and have her direct number (well this is the second time I have changed it). I asked her if the free dining had made them any busier and she said no, it had been fairly quiet.

Re: Disney UK relaunch 2009 Free Dining
strangely I had to call them today to amend a client booking, and I got through very quickly and they were super nice about it. Almost as if someone somewhere has been kicking butt to get customer service back up to par.
