3 kids hit Disney - Starlight Starbright

On the bus on the way back we got chatting with a CM who told us that he’d heard a rumour that Johnny Depp was staying at Saratoga Springs and was going to be in the parade at the Pirate and Princess Party this week!!! Thank God I’d bought my Snow White outfit with me (stop laughing; you wait til you see the photos!)

When we got back to our room we found the toys we had bought so far sat on the beds watching TV and my giant Patrick was sat in the window waiting for us!



The kids had a swim while I wrote postcards then we had an ice cream with our snack credit before showering and changing.





We caught the bus back to MK so we could watch Wishes for the first time. I can feel the tears welling as I type!!

Our photopass cards were well used again and the kids insisted on taking me on its A Small World before we had a dining plan feast at Pinocchio’s Village House (or whatever it’s called)



More photopass opportunities with the castle lit up before we took our spot for the grand finale.



We sat in little garden area just before Tomorrowland bridge and got talking to a lovely family from Canada who were staying at the Poly ( in case I forget to mention later we bumped into them 2 or 3 times in the next few days)

I set the video camera up resting on my knee so I’d get a decent view and waited for the off.
Guess what happened next? Yep I cried the whole way through. That music is so perfect and I didn’t want it to end. I was so engrossed in the magic I didn’t notice that the battery on the video camera ran out with 2 minutes to go to the end of Wishes.



Never mind we’ll just have to come back and do it again.

Saying our goodbyes, still through slightly damp eyes, we headed with the masses to the busses.
2 buses were already there and we were ‘welcomed home’ to ASMo by 10pm.

The shop beckoned again. I’m sure we’d be on first name terms with the CMs by the end of our stay.

We were all asleep as soon as our heads hit the pillow dreaming of fireworks and fairies…….

Yep it's all ready packed with stuff for next year in the planning folder!
