      Cocoa Beach is the closest to Orlando. It has the huge Ron Jon's Surf Shop and some other shops. It's mostly a quiet little place though. Nice beaches and an incredible seafood joint, Maine'ly Lobster. I'm sure you've "heard" me go on and on and ON about it before.

      Not as lively as Daytona though. (But I really don't care for Daytona, even though it's been cleaned up and its reputation is better, it still puts me off).

      Hadn't thought about that but you're right. That would be a bit closer. And, if you go over 528 to get there from Orlando, you can go through Port Canaveral. Time it right and you might get to see the Disney Magic or Wonder at the cruise terminal.

      Thanks Guys. I have made my mind up and it will be Daytona. Its seems to have lots on offer and at least it wont be via Tampa
