      Info Characters in Flight opens - but too windy to fly

      "Mother Nature was working against media day/grand opening of the Characters in Flight balloon at Downtown Disney today. It was too windy for folks to go up this morning (21st April).

      the speed ascent of the balloon is 164 feet per minute. Descent is 131 feet per minute. The balloon's dimension are 210,000 cubic feet of volume, 72 feet in diamter, circumference of 240 feet and hieght of 105 feet."

      I wonder if it's up and working today. I'd love to give it a go next visit but I don't think I'd wait in a huge queue to go on it.
