We love Typhoon Lagoon, and to be honest the wave pool keeps us occupied for ages. Blizzard Beach is good but we much prefer TL. We can do ages jumping the massive waves. There are also some fab water rides. Slush N Gusher is fantastic, but make sure you pull your butt up, or else you may get a broken Coccyx.

Re: water parks any good?
We are water babies so the water parks were a must for us & we weren't disapointed! (TL & BB) WNW is quite dated now.
Not sure if I could name a fave park really they both have their own great bits. Ds & dh enjoyed Shark Reef very much a bit cold for me! I loved the wave pool at TL.
The climbs up to the rides are a bit exhausting if you're carrying heavy rafts etc tho.
I thought they'd be chillin days but turned out to be just as busy as a normal day at disney lol! We parked our stuff and off we went to ride! You can get sunloungers or lockers for your stuff. Def recommend the refillables I think it was $19.95 (?) and then when you go to the other waterpark just pay for a sticker for that day if you take your mug with you. Excellent value we only bought one and just shared!

Re: water parks any good?
Make sure you put lots of suncream on esp. if you are doing lazy river!
I got badly burned despite regular reapplication - because you just don't realise how much you are getting burned while you are all nice and cool and relaxed!
I didn't make it to a water park last trip - toooo cold! But am hoping to go at least one day this trip!
