disney online checkin

apparently we're supposed to use disney online checkin before we get to disney but no one has told us where it is or how to get onto it. Do they tell you before you go by email or something?

I had no clue you had to do that!

How far in advance do you have to do it?

You can do it as far ahead as 10 days in advance. You can even put the credit card you want to use for room charging on there. Then you go to the special online check in desk at the resort and pick up your keys and other materials.

I did the online checkin last week and it was very simple. I will pick up my stuff tomorrow and let you know how smoothly this goes.

It went fine. They had everything ready to go and I also got a personalized letter telling me about the resort and thanking me for staying.
