Fantasmic packages
Which restaurants are on the Fantasmic dining package?
Can you eat at any time with them?

I found this on the Disney website
Walt Disney World Resort - Detecting Browser Properties . . .
You do have to call to make a reservation though

Re: Fantasmic packages
The Fantasmic! Dinner Package combines dinner at one of 3 restaurants in Disney's Hollywood Studios theme park with reserved seating for the Fantasmic! fireworks show.
After a delicious meal, get ready for the dazzling and dramatic live fireworks show, Fantasmic! Follow Mickey Mouse into his dream world as and his friends battle Disney Villains in an action-packed conflict of good versus evil. The show runs approximately 30 minutes. Fantasmic! is performed on select nights only. Be sure to check the Times Guide at Disney's Hollywood Studios theme park for schedule and show times.
Choose dinner at one of 3 restaurants in Disney's Hollywood Studios theme park:
- The Hollywood Brown Derby
- Mama Melrose's Italian Restaurant
- Hollywood & Vine
Book online or make reservations by calling (407) WDW-DINE or (407) 939-3463 up to 90 days in advance. Guests under age 18 must have parent or guardian permission to call.
Pick up your VIP voucher for the show upon payment of your meal at your chosen restaurant. Please plan on arriving at Hollywood Hills Amphitheater at least 30 minutes prior to the show. Enter next to Oscar's Gas Station.

Re: Fantasmic packages
Thanks Mari, that's brilliant.

Is the reserved seating any good? It's not way off to the side or right at the back

Re: Fantasmic packages
Yep it's fine. It IS off to the right of stadium as you look from the back, so if you REALLY want a centre view, it may not be perfect but since they plan fantasmic to be equally viewable all round, it's pretty perfect for most people.
You now enter through the normal entrance with everyone else and speak to the CM at the top of the path, give them your ticket and you'll be shown to the special seating area. (versus going to a different entrance in the old days)
Since the number of shows is limited, you now have to make sure to get there early even with the dinner package since they start giving the seats away closer to show time.
We used to get there 30mins before with the package, this time we were strongly advised to get there 1hour before and sure enough, it was already near full in the dining package special area!
