I do know that certain stores can actually mail UPS. My father bought something in Germany and had them send it to his house.

SOme of the shops at Disney can ship for you.
You can buy stamps at the resorts.
But for actual USPS services, there is not one on Disney property. There is a little post office over in the Crossings shopping center outside of the DTD entranceI am a travel agent with The Magic For Less Travel. Please private message me if you'd like help booking a trip!

There is a large, full service United States Post Office on Turkey Lake Rd, before you get to the Turkey Lake and Sand Lake intersection.
