Mine is with Orange and so far (touch wood) it's been perfect. Is it possible 3 got a faulty batch?

Could be we didn't buy it because of that though Someone somewhere always moans about something

look up the phone on the web too its only a sequence of key presses sometimes that unlocks it like unlocking a dvd player to region free good luck

its a great phone i got the stainless steel one very strong and sturdy phone it is too

I generally just pay the £15 or whatever it costs to do it via the web ones. You pay, put in all the phone info and immediately get back an unlock code. Has worked great on loads of phones

and then charge you for it.

It doesn't work for the new BB5 lock nokia has and I'm going to have to do it by cable apparently.

I have found some instructions so will try it, if it works I'll get back to everyone with the link... don't wanna be breaking anyones phone!
