Re: URGENT printer help
Have you had this printer connected to your old computer wirelessly? I assume you're trying to get this to work with your new MacBook and that you've got a wireless network at home.
Also, what model Dell Printer is it?

Re: URGENT printer help
Most any file can be printed just by selecting the file in the Finder, then on the Finder's "File" menu, choose "Print".
That's one way to do it. There are many others.

Re: URGENT printer help
I assume this is the one from Apple? If so, it's probably a PDF file. No problem. If you're using the Apple mail program that came on your mac, just double click on the email that contains the attachment. This will of course, open the email. Now, if you want to print the email itself, just go to the "File" menu and choose "Print". If it's got an attachment, you'll have a little spot at the top of the email that looks like this:
Click on the little grey disclosure triangle on the left hand side and you'll get something that looks like this:
Now, double click on the attachment. If it's a PDF (or any of a bunch of other formats), the Preview application will open with that document in it. Just choose "File->Print" off the Preview menu bar.
Hope this helps!

... still say it's easy!)

Re: URGENT printer help
You're more than welcome!
Told you it was easy!
But that only scratches the surface. Take some time to go through those instructions I posted a bit ago. Mac 101. There's so much it can do so easily. And once you get it all figured out, it makes sooooo much sense!
