oh my god . I am so pleased they were sensible enough not to let her have the meds back. I hope Zach is doing better now, what a worry for you all. I hope her head is on the chopping block for this.

The hospital thinks it is some sort of sleeping drug or even methidone the ambulance guy has offered to be witness to the pharmicist trying to get the medicine back.

Zach is still out for the count but keeps waking up the hospital have said it will take time to come out of his system but they need to know what it was.

I have been contacting the local PCT and also a number in london that will test the drug. They will then be taking further action once Zach is back to normal.

I am hoping that the hospital have either contacted the police or the pharmacy to ensure this person is not working.

Poor Adam and Angela sound shattered and I dread to think how they are ever going to trust anyone giving them a perscription drug again. It should have been a simple medication for chest infection.

    Will keep you updated

Now as for the person who came around and tried to get those meds back I hope this costs her a lot more than her job!

You'd have thought, whatever the personal consequences, that the pharmacist would have been there at the hospital with the exact description of the drugs doing anything she could do to help wouldnt you :/

I have no words. :( I simply cannot imagine how terrified you must be. Hopefully, the medicine will be identified soon, and you will all know the next best steps to take.

The pharmacist really does need to be investigated. :(
