Virgin Atlantic have crushed my dear wife's heart!
She received an e-ticket to her email address today for two upper class flights to New York for a week. Booked in her name. She assumed that I had booked a wonderful surprise for us! Alas I had not. After spending about 30 minutes on the phone to Virgin they have apologised for the error - the booking was made by someone with a similar name apparently. Their email address is one letter different to Diane's. Filthy letter on the way tomorrow I believe! :(:rpg014:
