    It can be a hard slog (uphill, through the mud without wellies), at times. Sometimes you have to look for the small victories, and sometimes what you come up with is "I got out of bed today!"

    Let yourself feel whatever you're feeling. If it's a down day, then don't think you have to paste a fakey-fake smile on it to make other people happy...let the unhappiness wash over you and pass. If you tamp it way down, it'll just grow and spread. Feel it and then let it go, as best you can, as soon as you can. And if you fear falling into a rut of Eeyore-ish outlooks, you have friends here to give you a hug and a to help you move forward.
    Love isn't about finding someone you can live with.
    It's about finding someone you can share a lifetime with.

    Yep, having a plan for goals that you want to accomplish, with time frames is a good way to sort through some things, eh?

    And do that. Keep swimming I mean. It's the only way.

    So a few things broke. Nothing will make you feel better than when you fix this mess yourself, and realise you'll be fine on your own.

    Are you healthy?
    Will you be happier in the long run?
    Still got your looks?

    This dip will fly by. In a month or two they'll all be fixed and you'll still be your much better off self.

    Youre welcome. I take it you are still alive and healthy? Don't go listening to dolly parton at night again. it makes people worry.
