    All I'll say is that memory is essential the more photoshop you do. If you start processing raw images and want to get any kind of decent workflow going, the single greatest impact on the speed of that technology wise will be how much memory you have.

    I reckon 4GB minimum now for any desktop and 8GB for photo editing? absolutely or even more!

    if your motherboard supports it then yes it will make a nice difference in speed as long as the sticks are installed in groups of threes and are all identical in specifications

    as im not a PS/RAW user, as i havent a clue how to use it lol, this is good to know for future ref :)
