    Well, I think you'll be happy with your choice, Siobhan. Gaylord Palms is nice, but the view is of cows.

    Yep, I agree with Tink on this one.
    The Gaylord Palms really is a great resort and it is well worth a visit to look around or to dine at, however it has a very strong corporate feel about it and loads of conventions are held there.
    Compare this to POFQ where you are right in the middle of the magic of WDW.

    Ray & Jill told us about the Gaylord Palms` sister hotel in Nashville.
    I don`t know if this is the same one that you stayed at BC, but they said that the resort in Orlando is tiny by comparison to the one in Nashville. Apparently there is even a river that runs through the lobby at that one!
