One year we were at DTD just people watching (on Halloween). It was too cool to see all the kids and some grownups all dressed up. The stores there gave out really nice candies too. Not sure if they will still, have heard about the cutbacks, but it's still a fairly safe and fun thing to do with children.

Our Seth is coming for the first time (on Halloween)! :9: We are going to carve pumpkins, and go trick or treating in our development with him. Not sure if his Da will take him 'round or one of us. Not sure if we are dressing too, but just might.

He waivers between wanting to be Peter Pan or a (FABULOUS) pirate!

We have loads of candy to give out this year too. We made little bags of different types, from chocolate to tarts, to lollipops. :D Oh, and some taffy and peanut butter cup pumpkins. :D

Man, I do natter on something awful, don't I?

You will! NICE! They will be giving out candy I think. That's what we heard anyway, that the countries would be passing out some candies.

Well if you come to our door Big Thunder we'll do what Mama always did for her "special trick or treaters!" :D (Give you an especially big, treat bag filled with the "best" candies)! LOL.

She always had a special basket set aside for those children who she knew well. Everyone got very nice little bags of candy, but her "special kids" got REALLY nice ones. :D

So, you wanna' bring the family and be our "special kids?" :D
