I truly dont think you'll EVER have to consider the i7 v i5 issue. It's incremental and by the time you'd be thinking hmmmmm this is slow, the i7 will be slow too. I only went that way because the discount was larger on it. If I'd been in a shop and they had i5s I'd have snagged one in a heartbeat

Achingly beautiful is an excellent way to describe it, it's amazing (and I'm not an easy customer to please)

Hardest part of setup was finding the on button for the keyboard

The only thing I would wish for with the mouse is to have the battery indicator available in the menu bar rather than having to open the mouse system preferences. Course, my menu bar is getting pretty crowded over there as it is.

If it bothers me enough, I suppose I could open up Xcode and the Bluetooth manuals and see what I could come up with.

Tom (...who likes to know where he stands, battery wise!)

I have been into the apple store and now I am severely dissapointed at the size of my mac LOL... I was getting funny looks. I asked how much it would be with student discount and it was still very expensive but it does seem to knock quite a bit off! Enough for an iPod at least

I was *this* close to spending some of my car fund on a magic mouse BUT they didn't have them in stock. In hindsight I'm glad as my Mouse is good enough until I can get one

It's the best desktop computer I've ever had, no exceptions or doubts. (the best laptop being my macbook pro).

I have ZERO hesitation in recommending it
