    I use Parallels and it's You can just literally load up vista... forget it's there and then run windows apps as though they are made for mac!

    thank you. I'm sure if i'm lucky i'll have loads more questions- i just won't be replacing my expensive programs very quickly that's all

    oh and one more for now - if i got aperture could i process in that and then work on it in windows version of CS2?

    Well it's really really good! Whether it's good enough for you as a photographer I don't know, aperture tends to be the grown up version :) but I think it's a great little app

    I'm not a pro photographer (obviously) but having used both iPhoto and Aperture, I find that for me, iPhoto is all I need. I do use either Photoshop Elements or Pixelmator for more intense editing but for previewing, cropping, and certain basic fixes, I don't think you can beat iPhoto!
