So is anyone getting up early to go out to the sales? We're going to try the online ones I think instead of battling the crowds lol
No way do I get up early for sales.
Having said that I've just visited Disney Store online and done my sale shopping. :D
:-O Oh my gosh!!! Trafford centre on Boxing day !!!!!!!Originally Posted by josh.p., post: 182428
I can honestly say it's been a pleasure knowing you ;)
Nah to be honest, the T centre wasn't nearly as packed out as I've seen it in recent years so unless everyone's been waiting till boxing day to shop it'll be busy but perhaps not as manic as other years
i really cant be bothered trapsing round with thousands of others who the day before have eaten enough sprouts to feed an army.Am I the only one who has noticed the smell in shops on boxing day
happy bargain hunting guys , hope you save lots of money
We stopped into a few shops at Winter Garden Village on the 26th, mostly just to get out of the house and wander around.
Was not impressed with the sales. 50% off after Christmas isn't much of a bargain. Some shops had increased the prices before they "reduced" them as if we'd not notice!
It was quite busy, but not terribly crazy. I was surprised at the number of Christmas things left (we didn't go until the afternoon). No one seemed to be buying much; a few purchases here and there, but no carts full of post Christmas bargain paper/cards/ornaments/etc.
I did do some shopping online on the 26th. Just a little. :)
i have been at work the last 2 days and i can honestly say people are going nuts the hgghshops are so busy :(
