    I think I may need a hotline.

I'm off to Texas tomorrow for a memorial service for my uncle who lost his battle with pancreatic cancer just before Christmas. The family has asked me to put together a video montage for the service with photos and movies. Imovie has done a beautiful job so I'll be taking my mac book with me when I fly.

This will be first time I fly with ONLY my macbook and not my pc, so I won't have the safety net of the pc which I'm a bit more confident WITH (although not confident IN).

Any words of advice? Tricks of the trade? Phone numbers to text if I have a meltdown?

    EXCELLENT.

I did have the foresight enough to buy the mac adapter that I'm going to need to connect the projector...score one for me :)

    Becca,

One thing you "could" do before hand just to be sure is from within iMovie, choose the "Share" menu and send your creation to iDVD. Then within iDVD, you can burn it to a DVD that will play in any normal DVD player.

    Just as insurance.

    Tom (... just a suggestion)
