    smooshed chick peas? I absolutely LOVE hummus. It is so good. I tend to favor the roasted red pepper flavor but I do like all kinds.

    PAH! I don't need anyone if I've got my houmous. Can't see how the boom chikka wah wah would work though... perhaps I need to re-think....

    Yummy stuff. Dead simple to make too. If you are eating much of it, you may want to learn how.

    You can make it without garlic (but what's the use then, eh? :D :D ).

    I've made it a few times and its really nice, however I think the bought stuff is just as good which is quite rare as I usually much prefer home made things!

    You must have nicer brands over there, then. Here, I far prefer the homemade version. The purchased stuff is either too pasty or not savoury enough.
