Hummus is lovely but Lisa will come come nowhere near me when I am eating it - we compromise and make home made gucamole instead :D

Seriously mate if it came down to hummous or boom chikka wah wah - I know what my fiver would be on

Oh now, we have the best recipe for guacamole. I hated the stuff until I tasted Rick Bayless's version at a long past EPCOT Food and Wine Festival.

He's a well known American Chef who has made his name in Mexican cooking. He travels to Mexico frequently and had the women of the many regions teach him how to cook.

Needless to say, he's incredible and so is his guacamole. :D

"Mexico One Plate At A Time" is the one we have. I know there are several others. We had him autograph it at the Food and Wine Festival (back when those festivals really were about NEW experiences with food and wine).

My 14 year old loves the M&S one. He eats the whole tub to himself.
