Oh now, we have the best recipe for guacamole. I hated the stuff until I tasted Rick Bayless's version at a long past EPCOT Food and Wine Festival.

He's a well known American Chef who has made his name in Mexican cooking. He travels to Mexico frequently and had the women of the many regions teach him how to cook.

Needless to say, he's incredible and so is his guacamole. :D
