Uh oh, poor boy. :( I hope Skywatcher's recommendations do the trick for him fast!

    Stay safe in the snow.

And yes, I'm with Josh!! The child comes here now, so this might really embarass him.

Got the medicine and am washing all the bedding.

Should I wash the dog's bed too?

Not a bad idea there should be enough in the bottle for you and Adrian to have a dose as well which might not be a bad idea - same dose as the boy

Yeah we've all had a swig. Banana flavour. :D

And why can pharmaceutical companies make pleasant tasting suspension sometimes but can't do it for flucloxicillin.

Cleared the dog's bed for washing and found 3 tennis balls, a clothes peg and a 10p piece.

Please tell me it's not just my dog...

    We've ground to a halt!

No refuse collections until further notice. Not the council - they're quite willing to come and get it but the landfill sites are closed due to adverse weather.

But we did get a recycling collection today - first one for a month - took them 4 goes to get our bin emptied - full and very compacted - I had to climb in and jump on it to get it all to fit in.

    We use Daniel for that

No bins collected here at all this week so what with all the extra christmas rubbish/recycling we are suffering a bit!

Our road is still virtually snowed in, Colin had had to go to Kent today and so he had to dig his car out and scrape a path throgh the snow just to get out of the road! Another lot of heavy snow supposed to hit Sunday!
