    The leg of lamb sounds like it'd go really well with the dish btw I will do a leg of lamb for the rest of the family next time I make the curry

    Dumbo77 that meal is incredible. They call that a turducken here. I've not ever had one, let alone made one!

    So, Josh? Do you want me to speak with your parents? :D They'd come to know us and then you could do the upstairs guest room, eh? We aren't so very far from the academy. :D :D You'd need a little car... :D :D

    tonights offerings will be a very simple jacket tatties n cheese n beans for my 3 boys as i have to go in to work and organise some accounts also have a few disciplinary matters to take care of (work shy receptionist) . so as i will be home late im will be having a very late tea consisting on prawn noodle soup with fresh coriander n chillis.

    roast chicken tonight with apricot n sage stuffing , served with mash potatoes , creamed leeks and honey glazed carrots.
    pudding is my youngest sons favourite of angel delight layers( strawberry/ chocolate/ then banana with whipped fresh cream on top)
