You know. Like your gran used to make in the depths of winter. We've had beef casserole and turkey casserole already this week.

Tonight we have shepherds pie with baked beans followed by rhubarb crumble and custard. Proper snow food.

Well, I'm home sick (for the second day) with laryngitis. So I'm fixing beef stroganoff - if John remembers to stop on the way home and get sour cream.

I had beef stronanoff yesterday, Donna . Hope you feel better soon .
Today I shredded the left over pork from NYD and made barbeque . We put it over egg noodles and finished it with the side of sauerkraut .
Snow coming here later tonight .

No snow here but it has been cold. I am craving a turkey pot pie so that may be what I'm having for supper.
