    Mum, you should be proud! A friend of mine called the icicles on the garage "daggers of death."

    Be careful knocking them down, Foreverducky. They can break midway as they are falling and really hurt if they hit you. Especially, huge ones like the one in the corner of the eaves. Be sure to hit them toward the building, and not pull outward toward you!

    Don't worry, I hit them with a snow shovel. I don't stand anywhere close to them. :D

    OOOH totally agree, I got caught in the back by one at work a few weeks ago...I STILL have a bruise!

    I knocked them down, by pushing them with my shovel AWAY from me. One hit the shovel and hit my toe (yes, yes, I was wearing flip flops in negative degree weather).

    It was still fun seeing them fall and shatter...just not on my toe. :D
