    and then there's people like my neighbour who let his kids off school anytime they wanted. And no one bothered him about them. They rarely went.

    I went up there with my baseball bat....won't be having any problems from them in future!




    oh ok no i didn't, i spoke with Jamies teacher who apologised sufficiently and explained that it was an automated error, no further action da de da de da....

    Ahhhhh, the dreaded automated response.

    I've been plauged by those in my work too. The State of FL has an automated response for when people apply for medicaid (a type of health insurance). The automated response is generated when people apply for and become eligible for Medicaid Waiver too... only the automated response is NOT CORRECT when it's in reference to the MW. Try explaining THAT to an elder or an elder's family who is reading that they do not have to pay anything only to find out that they do!

    i did point out that it may well be an automated repsonse but both letters were signed firstly by himself and the second by the assistant headteacher!

    i wasn't horrible, he's actually a nice guy and was really helpful when Sarah left us so i didn't want to be a right stroppy cow to him. However, if necessary i would have!
