    i'd say in the last few months it's become the mess, i can't remember what the bottom of the sink or the washing basket looks like, nor the carpets in the boys rooms - i would of course like it to be spotless but i have reached the point of not caring at the moment!

    it's also the feeling you get when you walk in and shut the door on the outside world, snuggling on the sofa in the evening, going to bed at night knowing my boys are safely tucked up in theirs.

    My stove, I feed my family with love. I cook traditional old fashioned style meals from scratch and the smells waft through the house and make it cosy and homely.

    Since humans don't count I guess what makes it a home is the photos, the books and our cat.

    Being able to walk around in your pants without feeling self conscious - this also works for getting out of the shower and pitting the towel around your shoulders rather than the waist :D
