The Bluezoo is Todd English's Seafood Restaurant located in the Dolphin Hotel. This hotel is located near EPCOT and is situated between Disney's Yacht Club and Disney Hollywood Studios.

This place is on my "must do" list of restaurants for each time we visit.
It is primarily a seafood restaurant which suits my DW although they always have several meat dishes on offer.
The service is great and the place has a more adult feel to it without too many kids running havoc!

Glad to hear that Terry, 'cause as you well know Donna does NOT do seafood, with occasional exception of good fried clams.

The theming is really neat. It's meant to give you the aura of being underwater, and without being corny, it succeeds.

I'm not a huge fan, but loads of people like this place.

I was going to say I'd found it variable but I'm starting to say that about so many places I suspect it must just be me

Anyway, we've had some truly great meals there. It's a strange interior, sometimes they sit groups at certain tables and the noise travels all around and makes for quite a distracting environment. Other times, it's lovely relaxed and quiet.

Must say the food has always been excellent though even for me as a meat eater

    Yep. It's really neat inside.

The first dinner we had there was for my birthday some years ago when it first opened. I wasn't very impressed with the food. The lobster in particular was overcooked and coming from a Boston Chef, that was near sacrilege.

As Scott Joseph a local food critic said, they needed to do one of two things; improve the food or lower the prices. They lowered the prices.
