I completely forgot it was St Patricks day today! Then I noticed all the green outside.......my necklace has a bit of green in it, does that count?
Happy St Patricks Day to you all!
Corned Beef and Cabbage with carrots, potatoes and onions in the crockpot. Will smell great when I get home. Also added a bottle of Guinness to the liquid. Have Harp to drink.

An Irish Prayer
May God give you...
For every storm, a rainbow,
For every tear, a smile,
For every care, a promise,
And a blessing in each trial.
For every problem life sends,
A faithful friend to share,
For every sigh, a sweet song,
And an answer for each prayer.
Dublin has quite a party, with a parade, etc.
Ireland is more religious, or was more religious and although it was allowed to feast (meaning eat meat) on St. Patrick's day during lent, it was still a more religion based holiday, whereas in the good old USA it's another reason for a party, eh? Like we need a reason!
