    The final is also 1 week after we get back from Orlando so hopefully will help with post-trip blues. And if it runs to form then the final should be England vs New Zealand. I'll get to see the Haka in real life.

    I have to admit that I didn't know that women even played rugby, let alone that there were enough to play to have a world championship.

    Oooo do the ladies dop a Haka too? Wasn't sure if they did or not.

    If so thats wicked and worth the price of admission alone :D

    Yep the girls do the Haka. They had to get special permission though as usually the call to battle is a man thing.

    John at the moment the England girls are playing much better than the boys.

    And the first women's world cup was won by the USA. It's quite popular in the collegiate system.

    Yes indeed ,

    there are 2 types as well John League and Union - and they keep changing the rules - certainly the Union they play now has a lot more rules than when I was at school - league used to be a bit more like American football

    League is silly - you tackle the player and let them get up and keep the ball.

    Union is the purists game. :D

    I'm far more confident knowing what is going on in Union, could never get the hang of chicken scratching in league :D
