    Totally agree with those sentiments Keith.
    I was very fortunate when I managed to buy my current car at 15K below list, and it`s a limited edition to boot!
    That sure helps it to hold it`s value better than if I`d paid top whack for it.

    During the .com boom in the 90s, Astons were quite common in our car park. All I can say is, they're absolutely stunning and they feel brilliant but I dont know of a single person at our place who had one without problems. Annoying careless stuff like leaky windows and so on.

    Yeah I drove a Vantage when they had a combined Jag/Aston Martin "drive day".
    I was amazed to find that that the inner driver`s door door lining [and other bits] were falling off...this on a 170K car with less that 5000 miles on the clock!

    crazy isnt it...wonder if they are still hand built....i remember working at coca cola a few yrs back and we went for a meal and saw the old tin huts they built them in in newport pagnell youd never have guess that such a prestige marque was made there

    just the exhaust noise is something to savour
